Last year, we launched a number of industry leading services including Quick Credit – to enable you access up to 100% of your salary at only 2% interest for 30 days.
We launched our contactless Visa and mastercard to enable you make payments just by tapping your card at GTBank enabled POS devices. We also launched our delivery services that allows you to order your GTBank cards and have them delivered to your address in Accra within 24 hours.
This year, we will focus on:
1. Delivering the exceptional services you know us for through our digital channels and in our branches.
2. Enabling Small and Medium enterprises to thrive through an end-to-end service offering that includes financial services, enabled websites, online payment portals, and email services among others.
3. Getting closer to you, our cherished customer, through our digital channels and on-ground activations to enable us serve you better.
As a responsible business that is committed to play a key role in shaping the future of young people in Ghana, we are embarking on an ambitious initiative to refurbish and provide ICT Centers for deprived schools across the country starting this quarter. You will hear more about this in the coming weeks.
