1. Campaign Overview
1.1 The GTBank Ghana “Go Beyond Cash” Card Spend Incentive Campaign (“Campaign”) is designed to encourage customers who primarily use their cards for ATM withdrawals to adopt digital payment channels such as POS and online transactions.
1.2 Eligible cardholders who meet the qualifying transaction criteria during the Campaign Period will stand a chance to receive a reward, subject to the Terms and Conditions herein.
2. Campaign Duration
2.1 The Campaign will run for a period of one (1) month, from 21 August 2026 to 22nd September 2026.
3. Promotion Mechanics
3.1 To qualify, participants must complete a minimum of five (5) successful POS and/or online transactions using their GTBank card during the Campaign Period.
3.2 The cumulative value of the qualifying transactions must be at least GHS 2,000 during the Campaign Period.
3.3 The first forty (40) eligible cardholders who successfully meet the said qualifying transaction will each receive a reward.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The Campaign is open only to selected GTBank Ghana cardholders who have been identified by the Bank as customers that primarily use their cards for ATM withdrawals and who have been included in the Bank's campaign target list.
4.2 Card accounts must remain active and in good standing throughout the Campaign Period.
4.3 Employees of GTBank Ghana primarily using their cards for ATM withdrawals are also eligible to participate.
4.4 Only POS and online/e-commerce purchase transactions qualify for this Campaign. ATM withdrawals, cash advances, transfers, reversed transactions, and any non-purchase transactions are excluded.
5. Reward Structure
5.1 Each eligible winner will receive a GHS 500 Melcom Voucher.
5.2 The use of the Melcom Voucher shall be subject to Melcom's applicable terms and conditions.
6. Selection & Prize Conditions
6.1 Winners will be determined based on transaction timestamps, with priority given to the first forty (40) eligible cardholders who satisfy all Campaign requirements.
6.2 All qualifying transactions will be verified by GTBank Ghana before confirmation of winners.
6.3 GTBank Ghana reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent, suspicious, abusive, or manipulative transaction behaviour.
7. Winner Notification & Fulfilment
7.1 Winners will be notified via SMS, telephone call, or email following completion of the Campaign and verification of qualifying transactions.
7.2 Winners may be required to provide valid identification and proof of card ownership prior to reward fulfilment.
7.3 If a selected winner cannot be reached within a reasonable period determined by GTBank Ghana, the Bank reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Exclusions
8.1 Reversed, refunded, disputed, cancelled, or unsuccessful transactions will not qualify for the Campaign.
8.2 ATM withdrawals do not qualify for the Campaign.
8.3 Transactions conducted before or after the Campaign Period will not qualify.
9. General Terms
9.1 GTBank Ghana reserves the right to verify all transactions and participant eligibility.
9.2 GTBank Ghana reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
9.3 Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9.4 Participants consent to the use of their name, photograph, and/or likeness for promotional and publicity purposes related to the Campaign, where permitted by law.
9.5 All decisions made by GTBank Ghana regarding the Campaign, winner selection, and reward fulfilment shall be final and binding.
